Today marked a special occasion: Sassy’s birthday. As the sun rose on this significant day, Sassy, a sweet and lovable dog, woke up with a hopeful wag of his tail. His owner had planned a quiet celebration, but as the hours passed, Sassy began to feel a growing sense of disappointment.
