A pack of bikers sped by recklessly, leaving he sprawled on the ground, unable to rise.
Tipped off by Little Puppy – Rescue Channel about a dog wandering near a busy pet store, the rescue rushed to the scene, braving heavy traffic to reach the lost pup.
The rescuers’ hearts sank as they found the dog lifeless on the ground, surrounded by onlookers who seemed more curious than concerned. Despite their desperate attempt at CPR, it was clear his spirit had already departed.
Tipped off by a bystander about a possible sibling of the deceased dog, the rescue team raced to the location. There, they found a heartbreaking sight: a lone puppy, oblivious to the tragedy, lapping up contaminated water from a sewer drain.
Wracked with sobs, they watched the uncaring motorcycles speed by. The man, crippled by pain, attempted to stand, but his leg gave way. A horrifying suspicion gnawed at them – a broken limb amidst the chaos.
Cocooned in a blanket, he was whisked to the vet for much-needed food and medical care.
Though his back leg is badly hurt, with proper care and exercise, he’ll be back on his feet and running in no time!
