Ruggles and Chompers, despite challenging starts, now thrive in the care of loving adoptive families. Ruggles gained recognition as the spokesperson for the Cherokee County Animal Shelter and now educates children about shelter animals and puppy mills by visiting classrooms.
While many hoped Ruggles and Chompers would find their forever home together, Chompers, true to her name, proved a bit too rambunctious for Ruggles’ delicate health. To ensure their well-being, both found loving homes. The good news? They’re both happy and healthy!
